This is so you can spend time on a new base design while your upgrades are going. Once your TH finishes, the first step before you start upgrading it to get all the new buildings from your new TH level (buildings, walls, traps, everything). If you dont want to spend the $$ to get that 5th builder, at least have 4. The reason for this is so that once your TH upgrade finished, you immediately have gold and elixir to spend. Even walls 🙂Īfter you have maxed everything on your base, begin your TH upgrade, then start farming right away to fill your elixir and gold storages (dark elixir, just get as much as you can). All troops, all buildings, and especially all defensive structures. So, the best advice we can give you is to max everything out in your base BEFORE upgrading to your next TH level. The Loot Penalty the Supercell has built into the game will make it nearly impossible to raid enough loot to upgrade their base, stronger player will raid them for all their loot having no problem doing so since their defensive buildings are weak, they will get frustrated and quit, or start a new base.
